Writing: Girona

Girona is a city in northeastern Catalonia. It has 96.188 inhabitants. It is not a city with a lot of tourism. I like Girona because it's a small friendly place. It's a good place to walk too. My favourite places are the cathedral and the shops. Also is it very typice to go touch the butt of the lioness! There are 21 km from Girona to Banyoles.
The town of Girona has no access or maritime endave and, therefore, has no port in the district. Howeber, historically girona has rights to port of Sant Feliu de Guixols, just 40 km from the city.
